About the role As a Sales Leader with us, you will have the chance to work with the iconic car brand MINI. Do you want to be a driving force in a sales team where every day presents new challenges and opportunities? As a sales leader with us, you combine your ability to coach and inspire with a sharp eye for business. You will be part of a close-knit team that currently consists of four salespeople and a Site/Sales Manager.

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for:

• Sales of cars and options to both private and corporate customers.

• Daily coaching and follow-up of the sales team to achieve both sales targets and high business quality.

• Structured work throughout the sales process - from needs analysis to follow-up.

• Follow-up of business profitability, customer satisfaction, and delivery precision.

• Training of new salespeople as well as improving the team's work processes and quality standards.

You are a role model who stands behind decisions, spreads positive energy, and serves as an important link between the team and the Site Manager.

Experience & profile We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and business-minded, with a strong ability to combine sales with supporting and guiding a team in their daily work. As a Sales Leader, you have no formal personnel responsibility, but you play a key role in creating structure, following up on the team's performance, and coaching them to success. You are a natural relationship builder who easily establishes trust, both internally and externally, and you have a genuine customer focus in everything you do.

You have experience in car sales and/or other complex sales and thrive in a role where you can work both operationally and strategically. With your structured and analytical working style, you are comfortable following up on numbers, reports, and results to ensure business profitability and high quality. For the role, it is required that you speak and write fluently in Swedish and English, and a driver's license is a must. Experience working with premium brands is an advantage, and ideally, you have a special passion for MINI.
