The position is based in Stockholm South, with the possibility of some remote work.
What the role entails
As a water and sewage salesperson, you will be responsible for sales and relationship development within the water and sewage segment. You will work closely with contractors, municipalities, municipal water companies, and consultants, often in projects with long lead times and high technical requirements.
Your main tasks will include:
- Developing and managing relationships with existing water and sewage customers and pursuing new business opportunities
- Driving sales of pipes, wells, stormwater, wastewater, and water system solutions
- Working with prescriptive leads such as consultants and designers
- Following up on contracts, larger quotes, and customer-specific solutions
- Managing and leading water and sewage projects with longer sales cycles and complex delivery structures
- Spending a significant portion of your working time out with customers and in project environments
The role combines technical understanding with business acumen and relationship building.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is confident, business-oriented, and trustworthy, with a genuine interest in water and sewage issues and community building. You thrive in an independent role where you plan your time, drive your business, and build long-term customer relationships.
We prefer that you have:
- Experience in B2B sales within water and sewage, construction, or related technical fields
- Good technical understanding and experience working with drawings, technical descriptions, and calculations
- Experience working goal-oriented and following up on business and activities
- Good system skills and preferably experience with CRM systems
Meritorious:
- Experience with AMA, AB04, and/or ABT06
- Background in water and sewage projects, piping systems, stormwater, wastewater, concrete, or municipal infrastructure
As a person, you are:
- Solution-oriented, structured, and business-minded
- Service-oriented and confident in dialogue with customers
- Communicative and skilled at building networks
- Independent but also enjoy working in a team
- Unafraid and accustomed to taking responsibility in complex business situations
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have a B driver's license.
