Do you want to make a real difference?

Are you the person who puts people first and is attentive to customer needs? Welcome to us - at Coor, you are the difference!

Who are we?

Coor is a secure employer with a warm and inclusive culture where you have opportunities to develop and grow in your career. We are an innovative company with high ambitions and development. We place great emphasis on delivering high service in everything we do. We are now looking for another colleague to the coolest and most sustainable purchasing team in the FM industry. We enjoy working closely with the business, creating value through development, and are not afraid to roll up our sleeves to achieve results together. Are you a team player who enjoys challenges and wants to make an impact in a company that focuses heavily on service, business, and sustainability? Then this is the job for you!

What will you be working on?

You will be part of the group's purchasing organization, an organization with about 30 employees. The role belongs to our Swedish purchasing function, but you will also work closely with other strategic purchasers in the Nordics and with suppliers throughout the Nordics. You will also collaborate in cross-functional networks where you contribute with specialist expertise and coordination with colleagues in our business units and other operational areas. We have been located for almost a year in brand new, incredibly nice (if we may say so ourselves) premises in Hagastaden, but we are flexible regarding office presence.

As a strategic purchaser, you ensure that we at Coor have suppliers that meet our needs, and that effective supplier agreements are in place and managed correctly. Your working days will consist, among other things, of:

  • Driving procurements, market analyses, and contract negotiations
  • Coordinating supplier dialogues and being responsible for contract management
  • Implementing, evaluating, and following up suppliers together with the business
  • Leading improvement initiatives within procurement and supplier management
  • Developing and anchoring category plans within the area of responsibility for strategic and long-term purchasing work
  • Providing guidance, insights, and expert support in matters related to your categories, procurements, and supplier collaborations

This is a permanent full-time position based in Solna where you report to Coor's purchasing manager.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a relevant university degree and several years of experience in strategic purchasing. We would like you to have experience from another company in the FM or real estate industry. Furthermore, we see that you are an experienced project manager, have experience in driving change, and are an effective and successful negotiator. As a person, you are communicative, structured, and thrive in an environment where collaboration and change are part of everyday life. Since you will be working with all Nordic countries, the position requires you to be proficient in both Swedish and English, while other Nordic languages are a plus. Some travel is required in the role.

We offer

As a strategic purchaser at Coor, you will be part of a wonderful and professional team where we support and stand up for each other. The role entails a great deal of personal responsibility and the opportunity to influence the business moving forward. At Coor, we have an unpretentious and entrepreneurial culture and actively work with competence and career development so that you can develop and utilize your full potential. As we are a large and expanding company, you can develop both within your own workgroup as well as in other parts of the organization. We offer a salary according to agreement with pension, insurance, training, and other benefits such as parental salary and wellness grants.
