Fleet Support Employee at Carsmart

Carsmart is now looking for a self-driven and motivated employee to their Fleet Support team!

ABOUT THE POSITION

Carsmart is a SaaS company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of KGK I Autoexperten, whose business idea is to provide a modern web-based tool to simplify vehicle administration for fleet owners. What permeates Carsmart is a strong team spirit with diverse personalities where everyone gets a voice, with an open atmosphere and a flat hierarchy. Furthermore, there are short decision-making paths and a constant focus on developing the platform to be the best in the industry. In this role, you will work at the heart of Carsmart's operations and belong to a team that currently consists of six people. The team plays a central role in the contact with both corporate clients and drivers/end customers, handling a large number of cases daily.

You will work office hours at Carsmart's spacious office in Sollentuna, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working on-site, as the position does not involve any remote work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Carsmart is growing rapidly and continuously onboarding new customers, giving you the opportunity to be part of an exciting growth journey where we are gradually working to reduce manual tasks and develop workflows and processes. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing cases in the company's case management system
  • Handling vehicle orders
  • Managing and reviewing invoices
  • Administration of company cars and fuel cards
  • Daily contact with customers and drivers via email and phone
  • Guidance and support on how to use Carsmart's systems and functions
  • Actively participating in the development of Carsmart's systems and streamlining administrative processes and routines

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a good understanding of vehicle administration and knowledge of various solutions for company cars and employee vehicles
  • Experience in the leasing or automotive industry
  • Has solid administrative experience
  • Has very good system skills
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
  • Thrives in a guiding role with a fast-paced work environment
  • Can be present 100% on-site during office hours at Carsmart's office in Sollentuna

It is a merit if you have:

  • Knowledge of Norwegian

The role suits you if you are not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" where needed. The tasks are varied, and there is not always a ready-made job description, so you need to be able to see what needs to be done and take your own initiative.
