RESPONSIBILITIES
As a procurement officer in the procurement unit, you will be part of a team of ten driven and business-minded procurement officers. You will work on planning and executing procurements while contributing to the development of the unit's working methods and creating even better conditions for the operations.
You will belong to a unit with about 25 employees, where, in addition to procurement officers, you will work closely with contract managers, operational purchasers, administrators, and procurement coordinators. In this role, you will be part of the category team for operations and maintenance and carry out procurements of goods and services related to water production and wastewater treatment. Procurements may also occur in other categories, such as cross-functional agreements.
There are opportunities to develop the role based on both your own initiatives and the demands of the operations.
The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period, located at the headquarters in Ulvsunda, Bromma.
Your responsibilities include:
- Conducting procurements from needs analysis and strategy to signed agreement
- Supporting the contract manager and contract responsible regarding the follow-up of current agreements
- Assisting in handling contract deviations in ongoing agreements
- Participating in developing and implementing category-specific strategies and activities
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this position, you need to have a good business sense and be able to switch between the big picture and details to drive the procurement work forward. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for both your own tasks and the collective result, and feel confident coordinating various stakeholders.
Furthermore, you are structured in that you plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively, while also being good at working independently and taking responsibility for your own tasks and the collective result. You will have many internal and external contacts in your work, so good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate both in writing and verbally in a pedagogical manner are important. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
To succeed in this position, we see that you have:
- University/higher education with a technical, economic, or legal focus or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
- At least 3 years of practical experience in conducting public procurements in accordance with LOU/LUF
- Competence and experience in leading and driving procurements in project form and experience as a workshop leader
- Very good communication skills in spoken and written Swedish
Meritorious:
- Experience with the system Kommers
- Experience in category management
- Experience in large public organizations
- Knowledge of standard agreements AB/ABT and AFF
