Are you a service-oriented person who is passionate about going the extra mile? As a team member in Check-in, you play a crucial role in the guest's first impression. You are the face of Stena Line and ensure that everyone has a fantastic start to their journey with us. Some responsibilities:

  • Check-in administration of arriving passengers
  • Check-in of arriving freight/truck vehicles/drivers
  • Administer access for drop-off/pick-up of loose trailers
  • Administer transshipments
  • Booking management
  • Communication with vessels/stevedores/customers
  • Agent support to vessels
  • General communication via phone/email

What we can offer you

We are now looking for two or three new seasonal employees for our Check-in operations at Norvik's port. Together with our regular team, you will have a fun and varied job where no two days are alike.

Who are you?

As a person, you are mature and confident, drawn to challenges, and always want to deliver fantastic service to our guests.

Your must-haves:

  • Have at least a high school diploma
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have at least one year of combined work experience in service, logistics, or transport
  • Have good verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.

Preferred:

  • Additional language skills
  • It is an advantage if you have a car, as the port is 4.5 km from Nynäshamn center

The positions are approximately 50% from mid-June to the end of August, with placement at Norvik's port. Training starts in April. The work involves shift work and is distributed across all days of the week. You are welcome to apply as soon as possible, but no later than March 15, 2026.
