Group & Meeting Sales Agent

Scandic Group & Meeting Sweden is Scandic's Inhouse Sales department where we handle all group and meeting business across all segments for our hotels in Sweden.

We take care of and accompany the customer all the way from the quote request until their arrival and follow up and manage invoicing after departure. With high energy, good collaboration, and a true 'let's go' spirit, we work to offer a worry-free customer journey of world-class and deliver the best possible service to our guests.

We now need to strengthen one of our teams with a new, wonderful colleague and are looking for an engaged Group & Meeting Sales Agent who is passionate about business and service!

As a Group & Meeting Sales Agent, you will be responsible for the entire business, from the inquiry all the way to the guest's arrival at the hotel by conducting a needs analysis, sending quotes, confirming the business, and meticulously planning the entire booking based on the customer's individual needs. After departure, you will be responsible for invoicing and follow-up with the customer. You, your team, and your Manager Group & Meeting Sales work closely with several segments and together with multiple hotels across Sweden.

As a Group & Meeting Sales Agent, you need to be attentive, meticulous, and have a desire to deliver service at the highest level. You are creative, driven by sales, have a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers, and find it easy to collaborate. We want you to be brave, take initiative, and dare to come up with new suggestions and ideas. Your passion for good customer relationships and your excellent communication skills are a given. You are responsible for ensuring that your performance contributes to the team achieving its goals and that customers experience fantastic service. You and your team strongly contribute to customers returning to us at Scandic. We want you to bring your culture and experiences to inspire and develop Scandic Group & Meeting together with your colleagues.

The position is a temporary contract until December 2026.

Previous experience in similar work, knowledge of Scandic, and familiarity with Opera Cloud are advantageous. Experience in selling and planning meetings is a plus.

Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is required.

We are located in bright offices in Solna Business Park, and working hours are distributed between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekdays, with weekends possible.

The positions are full-time with a start date to be agreed upon.
