💼 About the role
As an inside salesperson, you will be a key person in the contact between the customer, production, and warehouse. You will work closely with our experienced salespeople, whom you will initially support, and then gradually take over customer responsibility for smaller accounts. You will be responsible for the entire order flow – from the first customer contact to delivery – ensuring that everything runs smoothly, professionally, and with the highest quality. You will have daily contact with our customers primarily in Germany but also in Sweden and internationally, using your language skills in German to build strong and long-term relationships.

✨ Your main responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, order registration, and follow-up in the business system.
- Prepare quotes and price proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
- Provide first-class service to customers in German, Swedish, and English.
- Coordinate deliveries in close dialogue with production, warehouse, and customer.
- Be responsible for invoicing and related administration.
- Document customer contacts and business events in the CRM system.
- Support the sales team with reporting, statistics, and analysis of order flows.
👤 We are looking for someone who
- Has a high school education, preferably with a focus on sales or administration.
- Has at least 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, order reception, or customer service.
- Speaks and writes German fluently – daily business communication is a central part of the role.
- Has good knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Swedish is an advantage, but fluent Swedish is not a requirement.
- Is accustomed to working in business systems and thrives in a structured environment.
- Is meticulous, service-oriented, and engaged – you are passionate about creating satisfied customers and order in the process.
