We are looking for a strategic purchaser for a procurement unit within stations and maintenance in the energy sector. You will support the maintenance and management organization with procurements and handle commercial contract issues as needed. The assignment involves driving the entire procurement process for both services and materials in a cross-functional team, with a strong focus on structure, business acumen, and execution capability.

You will work closely with internal clients, technicians, project managers, sustainability functions, and legal advisors, as well as with the supplier market. Some procurements are conducted against international markets, which requires you to be comfortable with contract work and negotiations in English. Procurements are conducted according to LUF.

• Drive end-to-end procurement processes: develop timelines and procurement strategies, choose business models and packaging, and conduct market dialogues
• Prepare and advertise request for proposals and conduct evaluations and bid reviews
• Lead negotiations and ensure allocation, contracts, and commercial terms
• Interpret and manage contract documentation, renegotiations, and amendments
• Support the business with commercial contract issues, guide users of contracts, and contribute to the management of quality deviations
• Drive and participate in improvement work around contracts, routines, and procurement activities
• Contribute to strategic category management work by supporting the category manager

• Documented experience in driving complex procurements and managing commercial contract issues
• Experience in cross-functional work with many internal and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, technicians, project managers, sustainability, and legal)
• Strong ability to lead procurement work and support both experienced and less experienced clients
• Professional level in English, with experience working with contract documentation and negotiations in English
• Experience with procurements according to LUF
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in construction procurements or procurements related to power products
• Interest in technology and procurements with high technical content
