About the job Are you looking for a job that combines development opportunities with an attractive compensation model? We are now looking for driven appointment setters for our office in Solna, just a stone's throw from the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.

In the role of appointment setter at SuperB Group AB, you will contact small and medium-sized companies by phone to book meetings related to the sale of electricity contracts for the Nordic region's most chosen electricity company, which gives you very good conditions to succeed in the role.

What we offer: Base salary + Commission You will receive a secure base salary combined with performance-based compensation that rewards your commitment and results.

35-hour work week Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15 Friday: 09:00–16:00

25 vacation days per year

Development and community Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also organize after-work events, sales competitions, and team activities.

Wellness hour 1 hour of wellness per week.

Scope: Full-time

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is social, communicative, and service-oriented

  • Has drive and motivation to achieve set goals

  • Fluently speaks and writes Swedish

  • Has experience in sales or appointment setting via phone (preferable but not required)

Employment and start: We apply a 6-month probationary period that transitions into a permanent position. Start date is ongoing by agreement.
