As a Customer Advisor, you will be part of an ambitious and cohesive team with a strong team spirit. You will work within our customer center with the goal of contributing to more business for the organization. By booking more customer meetings, developing customer relationships, and working proactively towards the market, the team supports our franchisees and real estate agents in their daily work. About the role As a Customer Advisor, you are the first point of contact with future property sellers and interested buyers. You work proactively via phone, book valuable customer meetings for our agents, and position Svensk Fastighetsförmedling as the obvious choice in the market.

The role is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm, where you will be part of an engaged customer center team and report to the Customer Center Manager. Here, you have the opportunity to influence the results – every day.

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in sales, appointment booking, or outbound phone contact

• Familiarity with using the phone as a primary working tool

• A strong results focus and self-drive

• Excellent communication skills

• A clear structure and a solution-oriented approach

• A positive attitude and a love for succeeding together

• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form
