B2B Sales Representative for an Electricity Company

HEEX is looking, on behalf of a client, for a B2B sales representative for a well-established and expanding electricity company. The company is a strong player in the Swedish market and helps businesses optimize their electricity costs through smart and competitive solutions.

This is the role for you if you want to work in a performance-driven environment where pace, responsibility, and results are at the center.

About the Role

As a B2B sales representative, you will actively work with new customer acquisition within B2B. You will drive the entire sales process from the first contact to closing and build your own customer portfolio over time.

The work involves proactive sales, needs analysis, and business-driving dialogues where you present and negotiate electricity contracts and energy solutions. The role is clearly development-oriented, and you are expected to take significant personal responsibility and gradually grow into a more senior position.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Active prospecting and new customer acquisition
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with corporate clients
  • Analyze customer needs and calculate deals based on export portfolios and market conditions
  • Prepare offers and drive the business to closure
  • Work structured towards clear individual budget goals

Who Are You?

You may be relatively new to B2B sales but have the right attitude, or you may have several years of experience and want to take the next step in a more business-intensive environment.

  • Are analytical and comfortable with numbers and calculations

  • Speak and write fluent Swedish

Preferred: Experience in proactive sales, telemarketing, or another performance-based role.
