As a Key Account Manager, you have a key role in developing profitable business with our largest and strategically selected customers. We are looking for someone with experience in complex sales who wants to identify new business opportunities, drive sales processes, and work in a fast-paced industry. Team Nord, based in Stockholm and northern Sweden, consists of 9 employees.

As a Key Account Manager, you report to the Sales Manager – Andreas Andersson. The role involves some travel. Ideally, you will be based in Stockholm, but there are also opportunities to work from other locations where PostNord has administrative staff (Örebro, Norrköping, Sundsvall, etc.).

What you will do

  • Work with PostNord's largest and most strategic customers at operational, tactical, and strategic levels to ensure long-term growth and profitability
  • Build a strong network with customers, identify new business opportunities, and lead the customer through the entire sales process to closure
  • Through a deep understanding of the customer's business, identify and define both expressed and underlying needs
  • Be responsible for calculating and offering value-adding solutions and following up on business results and goal fulfillment
  • Proactively work with customers to implement business within agreed timelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction among our strategic customers and that our services reflect their unique needs
  • Be responsible for renegotiating prices and concluding new cooperation agreements

What you bring with you

  • Relevant academic degree, e.g., in economics, marketing, industrial economics, or equivalent.
  • Training in sales, business acumen, and sales techniques, such as Spin.
  • At least 5-10 years of documented experience in complex sales to key customers with proven good results, both with existing and new customers.
  • Experience from logistics operations and/or e-commerce is highly meritorious.
  • Experience from Nordic or international operations is meritorious.
  • Previous experience leading internal teams with various key competencies to create tailored customer solutions.
  • Systematic market monitoring where you have tracked market trends and followed developments in the industry.
  • Proficient in the entire Office suite and CRM systems (e.g., SalesForce).
  • Previous experience with Power-BI is a bonus.
  • Driving license B.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
