Flux is an entrepreneur-driven company proud of its lighting solutions and its own production of lighting fixtures in Täby, under the motto Locally Produced. In addition, they also work with a number of strong brands in interior and exterior lighting such as Neko, Osmont, Rovasi, Eclatec, and Pracht among others. This creates fantastic opportunities to develop qualitative and customized solutions that add significant value.

In recent years, Flux has experienced strong development – both technically and commercially – and is now further strengthening its team by seeking a responsive Technical Salesperson who wants to join the ongoing journey, based at the headquarters in Arninge.

About the role
As a Technical Salesperson at Flux, you will be a central part of the business. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and present solutions that make a difference and create value. Your commitment and technical understanding will help customers choose the right lighting solution – and help Flux continue to grow. You will be part of a competent and driven sales team with support and guidance from the sales manager. The team consists of both experienced colleagues who have worked together for many years and newer employees who are already well-known in the industry.

What you will do...

• Build and develop long-term customer relationships
• Work consultatively with technical lighting solutions
• Create business by combining customer needs with Flux's product portfolio
• Participate in projects from idea to delivery
• Represent Flux at trade shows, customer events, and visits
• Product and information visits
• Operate within Greater Stockholm and southern Norrland
  Who you are...
• You have very good technical competence and solid experience in lighting, especially in selling more complex solutions
• You are curious, driven, and thrive in an entrepreneurial spirit where it quickly goes from idea to action
• You are passionate about creating added value for customers and finding smart solutions
• You are communicative and enjoy building long-term relationships
• You speak and write fluent Swedish and are an experienced user of office and sales support programs
• You have a B driver's license
