ChangeGroup is one of the world's largest companies providing travel currency and payment service solutions. Currently, we operate in a total of 13 countries around the world. In Sweden, we have 26 exchange offices and around 100 employees, but we are growing rapidly and are now looking for you who want to join us on our exciting journey. We are now looking for a retail salesperson for Södertälje.

We at ChangeGroup Sweden now need reinforcement and are therefore looking for a full-time salesperson. You will be based at our office in Södertälje. Start date according to agreement.

The role of a salesperson at ChangeGroup means a stimulating everyday life where no day is like the other. As an employee at one or more of our offices, you actively work together with your team, characterized by joy, collaboration, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.

Your tasks vary but mainly include:

• Working at the cash line to convey our main services: selling and purchasing currency

• Processing foreign payments via Western Union's payment system

• Processing bill payments/account deposits

• Continuous work against money laundering and training in applicable regulations and routines

• Handling administrative tasks to support and follow up on our sales

• Participation in sales activities and marketing projects

We are looking for someone with these qualities

• You love active customer meetings and always want to exceed customer expectations

• You are a driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, handling different customer profiles, and working towards set goals

• You are results-driven and service-oriented and, like your colleagues, always want to deliver the best possible service for the highest possible profitability

• A flexible employee who can work at several of our offices when needed

• You are responsible and have an eye for detail, completing your tasks with great accuracy and on time according to deadlines

• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others

• Some computer skills, mainly in Microsoft Office

• You have a recognized education at least at the high school level and have worked/currently work with sales activities

• Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement for the position, as the corporate language is English. If you also speak additional languages, it is an advantage
