The company is responsible for approximately 57,000 parking spaces and has one of the country's largest networks for electric vehicle charging. We have over 80 employees and an annual turnover of just over 800 million kronor. The company owns its own properties and operates parking facilities for other property owners while also building new facilities and has several ongoing investment projects.

We Offer
Stockholm Parkering is looking for a contract controller who wants to strengthen the company's strategic work with contract follow-up. The role is central to ensuring that Stockholm Parkering gains full business and societal benefits from its contracts in a constantly growing operation. The position is new in the organization, and you will have the opportunity to help shape it. The assignment combines operational contract follow-up with a development responsibility, where you will gradually build structure, methods, and follow-up models for the entire company. The position requires a good sense of order, a strong sense of service, and a knack for good business.
As a contract controller, you will belong to the procurement function, which currently consists of two procurement officers and is part of the Finance and Administration department. You will work closely with the operations, primarily providing support and guidance on contract follow-up, renewed competition, and direct procurements.
The department currently has nine employees and is a close-knit group with short decision-making paths, high trust in each other, and a strong team spirit. The headquarters is currently located in the Globen area but will move to Frihamnen in Stockholm in the summer of 2026.
Your Role
You will be a central part of the work to ensure that the company's contracts are followed, developed, and create real value for the business.
As a contract controller, your responsibilities include:
Contract Management and Follow-up
- Contract compliance, index adjustments, volume caps
- Renewed competition and direct procurements
- Invoice and order controls
Supplier Follow-up
- Lead and document follow-up meetings with suppliers
- Sampling and controls
- In-depth supplier controls
Process and System Development
- Develop working methods for contract follow-up
- Manage the company's contract database (currently Kommers)
- Participate in the implementation of the Agresso purchasing module
Analysis and Support
- Analysis, decision support, internal advice
Other tasks may be added depending on competence and previous experience.
Your Competence and Experience
We are looking for someone who has:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way
- Several years of experience working with contracts, follow-up, procurement, or related areas
- Experience and good competence in MS Office
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex linguistic materials
- Good knowledge of expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
- Good understanding of LOU and basic business law principles
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Commitment to developing working methods and creating processes
- Experience working in Kommers or a similar procurement system
- Experience in creating and conducting procurements
- Experience in conducting contract follow-ups
- Experience in performing in-depth supplier controls
