We are juice pressers passionate about making great juice for both body and planet – our brands are Råsaft and Rscued.

About Better Jusage

In spring 2023, Rscued and Råsaft formed a joint juice group, Better Jusage AB. Our vision is simple: to produce food with 0% waste and 100% circular.

We press our juices in our own micro-press in Loviseberg outside Stockholm, where taste, freshness, and raw materials are at the center.

Råsaft is cold-pressed juice made from 100% fruit and vegetables – known for its pure taste and quality.

Rscued extends the life of fruits & vegetables that would otherwise be wasted. Last year we saved over 560 tons of raw materials.

We are now looking for a Brand Manager who wants to build and develop our brands forward – both in DVH and HoReCa.

About the role

As Brand Manager, you will have the chance to help shape the future. You will be a key player in driving the brand's strategic development. You will have overall responsibility for driving brand and marketing efforts for Rscued and Råsaft.

The role is both strategic and operational: You will be responsible for the entire chain, from developing the brand platform and annual plan to translating it into concrete campaign ideas, marketing activation, follow-up, and new insights. Your responsibilities also include assortment development and the creation of new products.

The role also includes working with the assortment and the creation of new products.

You will work closely with the CCO, sales department, purchasing, and agencies (both internal and external).

You will, among other things:

  • Own and develop the brand platform, positioning, and tone of voice
  • Develop marketing and activity plans per year and season
  • Ensure a strong presence in our key channels (campaigns, social media, PR, events, point-of-sale)
  • Brief, lead, and follow up collaborations with agencies, creators, and freelancers
  • Work closely with the sales department to create sales materials, launch packages, and campaign concepts that drive volume
  • Drive launches and projects from idea to execution, including innovation and assortment work
  • Be responsible for the brand budget and ongoing follow-up
  • Monitor consumer insights, market trends, and category trends
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust to optimize

Who are you?

We believe that you:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in brand, marketing, or category work within FMCG or similar
  • Have experience in campaign planning, activation, and follow-up
  • Understand how marketing, innovation, and sales interact and drive business
  • Have good experience working with agencies and creators
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English
  • Have good digital and analytical skills
  • Have a university degree or equivalent education

Practical information

  • Workplace: Tumba / Stockholm. Possibility to work hybrid (up to 2 days/week from home, depending on activity and team needs)
  • Employment type: Permanent
