Are you our next sales-driven and relationship-oriented Key Account Manager for HoReCa?

We are juice pressers who are passionate about making really good juice for both body and planet – our brands are Råsaft and Rscued.

About Better Jusage - Rscued & Råsaft

In spring 2023, Rscued and Råsaft formed a joint juice group, Better Jusage AB. Our vision is simple: produce food with 0% waste and 100% circular.

We press our juices in our own micro-press in Loviseberg outside Stockholm, where taste, freshness, and raw materials are at the center.

Råsaft is cold-pressed juice made from 100% fruits and vegetables – known for its pure taste and quality.

Rscued extends the life of fruits & vegetables that would otherwise be thrown away. Last year we saved over 560 tons of raw materials.

We are now looking for a Key Account Manager HoReCa who wants to join us on our journey and grow the business in Sweden's restaurant, café, and hotel channel.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

As Key Account Manager HoReCa, you will drive the company's business towards our customers – while actively building new relationships and growing the market.

  • Be responsible for and develop the company's HoReCa customers
  • Drive new customer acquisition and build long-term business relationships
  • Design sales plans, set goals, and follow up against budget and KPIs
  • Ensure correct pricing and drive pricing and campaign planning
  • Work closely with marketing and purchasing for optimal assortment at customer
  • Represent the company at relevant fairs and industry events
  • Work closely with marketing and purchasing for optimal assortment at customer

You will work closely with the Sales Manager and report to the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer)

The role is both strategic and operational – perfect for you who want to combine analysis, relationship building, and clear sales responsibility.

Previous Background and Experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a leading sales role within FMCG
  • Higher education or equivalent education
  • You have previously worked as a Horeca KAM and have good sales results
  • Familiar with analysis, forecasting, and category thinking
  • Good business understanding and ability to drive profitability

Practical Information

  • Workplace: Tumba / Stockholm. Opportunity to work hybrid (up to 2 days/week from home, depending on activity and team needs)
  • Employment type: Permanent
  • Start: By agreement
