We are currently looking for a salesperson for our stores in Vällingby and Mall of Scandinavia. Work may also occur in our other stores in northern Stockholm. The positions are temporary employment on full/part-time.

Your new responsibilities

As a Salesperson at FOREX, you will work with all steps in the process of selling our services to customers. Your mission is to contribute to a fantastic customer experience by providing your expertise regarding our products and currency. You will work in an environment where you make a difference, characterized by drive, joy, and teamwork.

You will also actively contribute to achieving the store's sales goals, both through your own sales and by helping others. It is together with the team that we drive the business forward.

Your tasks will vary, and you will, for example:

Sell currency and all FOREX products
Actively work with customer service and always ensure that the customer is the focus.
Contribute to ensuring that the store's administration follows internal routines and work shift descriptions
Help keep the store organized and clean

Our expectations of you

We want you, who are applying for the position of salesperson at FOREX, to have a good ability to identify different customer needs to achieve first-class service and that you are driven to work towards individual goals with a business mindset.

You are a solution-oriented team player who always has a high customer focus. These are prerequisites for becoming a successful salesperson with us.

Requirements for the position:

Completed and full high school education and that you are 18 years old
Good computer skills
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Very good knowledge of English, you are good at speaking, writing, and reading English without major difficulties.
Previous experience in retail sales or another similar profession is an advantage.

If you speak other languages than Swedish and English, and/or have experience from cultures other than the Swedish, we see this as an advantage.

We are open at times that suit our customers. This means that you need to be flexible as staffing is driven by customer needs.
