Inside Sales Representative Wanted in Stockholm

We are now looking for an inside sales representative for our client in Stockholm. A role where you get the chance to become a central part of the sales work and contribute to the company's continued growth. Here, you step in as an important contact point for customers, handle incoming inquiries, follow up leads, and ensure that each customer receives fast, professional, and personal service. You identify new opportunities, drive dialogues via phone and email, and work closely with experienced salespeople to create a smooth and positive customer journey.

Your Responsibilities:

• Actively engage new and existing customers in the market
• Map customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Participate in the development of sales strategies and contribute to achieving set goals

Your Profile:

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• No prior experience required
• Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear goals
