About us
kock.in is a staffing company focused on hotels, restaurants, events, and arenas. We provide chefs and service staff to some of Sweden's most well-known players – from Scandic and Gröna Lund to large arenas and catering companies. We are now looking for two new business salespeople who want to take a central role in our expansion.
The role of Hunter
As a new business salesperson, you will be responsible for hunting new business – from the first contact to signed contracts. You will build your own client portfolio and work closely with our Farmers (who develop existing clients). The role requires drive, energy, and a desire to win.
Your focus
Prospect and book meetings with new clients (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Conduct client meetings – both digitally and physically
Negotiate and write contracts
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery to ensure high quality for clients
Work towards clear KPIs and goals
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in B2B sales or a similar role
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys winning – but also building long-term relationships
Speaks and writes Swedish fluently (English is a plus)
Has a valid driver's license (B)
