Assignment Description

The role entails overall responsibility for monitoring water and waste projects, as well as liquidity planning and loan management. The contractor is also expected to actively drive and further develop the monitoring work within the organization.

Start date: 2026-02-10
End date: 2026-09-30
Option: Extension until 2027-02-28

Scope and Content of the Assignment

• Monitoring and analysis of water and waste projects
• Liquidity planning and forecasting
• Proposals and documentation regarding loan timing
• Financial analyses and decision support for the organization
• Further development of project monitoring and reporting
• Assuming responsibility from the current controller during the transition period

Delivery Requirements

• Monthly delivery of forecasts, analyses, and monitoring reports
• Be an active and qualified support to the organization in decision-making
• Contribute with improvement proposals within financial management and monitoring

Expected Results

• Ensure continuity in the controller function
• Maintain and further develop project monitoring and financial reporting
• Be responsible for liquidity planning and taking on new loans until a permanent solution is decided

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a consultant with documented controller experience
• Experience in project management and/or change management
• Documented experience in liquidity planning
• Industry knowledge in water and/or waste
