Receptionist for a Leading Construction Company

Are you a person who spreads positive energy, enjoys working with responsibility, and wants to be the face of one of Sweden's leading construction companies? We are now looking for a structured receptionist for a consulting assignment starting immediately!

ABOUT THE POSITION

This is the role for you who enjoys being the "face of the company" and appreciates a work environment with high security and clear personal responsibility. You will be placed in a welcoming reception, a setting that provides you with a secure base to operate from, while being the first point of contact for everyone visiting the office.

The workplace in Kungsholmen is well-structured, and your tasks will vary between administrative duties and practical office maintenance. You will have a dynamic daily routine where you ensure that everything from conference rooms to common areas is in a representative condition.

The assignment starts immediately and initially extends until the summer of 2026.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

  • Visitor Reception & Security: Welcome visitors, manage entry and exit, and administer permissions.
  • Mail & Logistics Management: Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail as well as package deliveries via suppliers such as PostNord and DHL.
  • Office Service & Purchasing: Ensure that kitchens, coffee machines, and common areas are in top condition and carry out ongoing purchases of breakfast, food orders, and office supplies.
  • Financial Administration: Manage and approve invoices for the office's purchases in their financial system.
  • Property & Supplier Contact: Report equipment issues (printers/property) and coordinate bookings for lunches, flowers, and window cleaning.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous experience in service work, such as reception.
  • Has good knowledge of the Office suite.
  • Experience with basic invoicing or administration.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
