Choose Telge – Combine Business Acumen with Community Benefit

As an employee, you will enjoy freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.

Here’s what Lena Hansson, the recruiting manager, says about the role:

"As a customer center employee at Telge Bostäder, you become part of an engaged team where everyone is needed, and we support each other in our daily tasks. You are a reliable and accessible contact for our tenants and use your service skills to provide them with the right support – via phone, digital channels, and at the reception. By listening, guiding, and finding solutions, you contribute to making our customers' everyday lives easier and more secure."

Responsibilities and Competence Requirements

As a customer center employee, you are one of the first points of contact for Telge Bostäder's tenants. You provide high-quality service, answer questions, and register maintenance requests in our property management system. Issues primarily come in via phone, email, and chat, and you assist tenants with a professional and solution-oriented approach.

Your role also includes working at the reception at our three district offices, where you meet tenants in person. You assist with questions, maintenance requests, and feedback, as well as guide them in choosing options for their homes. You also support during move-ins and move-outs and assist contractors and colleagues who need to pick up, borrow, or return keys and access cards.

Working hours are weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30, and you rotate between tasks and district offices based on business needs. It is beneficial if you have a B driver's license and access to a car, as travel between our offices may occur.

As a person, you are communicative, quick to learn, and service-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously even in a fast-paced environment. You are meticulous, flexible, and enjoy building relationships and creating security in your interactions with people. An interest in technology is a plus since you will be working with digital systems and tools. You have a good understanding of customer needs and resonate with our core values: open, simple, personal, and brave.

Experience and Skills

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Several years of experience in service work, preferably from customer service, reception, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including good knowledge of the Office suite, and experience working with digital systems and managing multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Experience with customer contact via phone, digital channels, and/or face-to-face meetings.
  • Able to work systematically in case or property management systems.
  • Technically inclined.
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Familiarity with the housing or property industry is an advantage.
