HR Partner Recruitment
The Swedish Schools Inspectorate works for a school where all children and students have equal rights to a good education and knowledge in a stimulating and safe environment. Each individual child and student has the right to develop as far as possible based on their circumstances. The activities consist of three branches: supervision, quality review, and licensing. We are located in Gothenburg, Linköping, Lund, Stockholm, and Umeå.
We are looking for an HR Partner Recruitment
We are looking for an HR Partner Recruitment who is at the beginning of their career and appreciates providing operational support to managers within the specialist area of recruitment.
Responsibilities
Our task in the HR unit is to simplify managers' everyday work through a proactive and service-oriented approach. We are a unit with a high level of competence driven by continuous development. We believe in collaboration and we have fun at work. You will support managers throughout the recruitment process from start to finish. In this role, it is important that you are proactive, solution-oriented, and attentive with a distinct operational perspective and a consultative approach. This applies both in the work with needs-based managerial support and in the work to develop the HR group's processes and methods.
Qualifications
You have:
- A degree in HR or what the employer assesses as equivalent
- 2 – 4 years of experience in HR and recruitment tasks
- Experience in recruiting lawyers within government operations
- Worked in a consultative role within the HR field and have an understanding of the assignment
- Experience in interpreting collective agreements and legislation
- Good ability to work independently
- Very good Swedish in speech and writing.
It is meritorious to have:
- Experience with various recruitment systems
- Experience in implementing new HR systems
- Experience with various personnel management systems.

You are relationship-building, collaborative, and easily establish trust with both candidates and colleagues. You work independently but also effectively in teams, even when the pace is high. You are solution-focused, attentive, and have a consultative approach. You work in a structured manner, manage multiple processes simultaneously, and have the ability to see the whole picture in the recruitment work.

Who are we
About 20 people work in the HR unit, and in addition to HR, we are a support unit within administration, registration, and archives. You will work in an HR team that currently consists of 11 people with various HR-related areas of expertise. In the unit, we work closely together to create a good common competence and be a good support to the managers in the organization. With us, we help each other and support one another, sharing competence and joy!
You have the opportunity to work in the support function with a very important and interesting assignment for Sweden.

The position
