In this role, you will join an area that works with structural collaboration within the sickness insurance system. The area consists of four different functional responsibilities with various focuses. You will work on collaboration with the Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) from a national perspective, where you will engage both operationally and in developing collaboration. You will also work operationally with collaboration within financial coordination.
Collaboration, Development, Cooperation
As the collaboration manager focusing on national cooperation with the Public Employment Service, you will provide strategic and operational support in the department's work on structured collaboration in sickness insurance. In this role, you primarily support managers within the department on collaboration issues while also working operationally with the Public Employment Service based on agreed working methods and processes.
The assignment also involves actively contributing to the national development of collaboration with the Public Employment Service. This occurs in close cooperation with others within your functional responsibility, business developers, and other relevant functions both within and outside the department for sickness insurance.
Furthermore, operational work within financial collaboration (finsam) is included, where you collaborate with other parties within coordination associations. You will work closely with colleagues in the functional responsibility for Finsam and contribute to the development and improvement of working methods.

- communicates clearly, concisely, and structured
It is meritorious if you
- have very good knowledge of the regulations governing coordination and collaboration
- have experience working with collaboration with the Public Employment Service and finsam, especially at a structural level
- have experience in business development
- have experience in case management within sickness insurance

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process.
