The role:

You will have a dynamic role where you combine leadership, recruitment, and business development. You are responsible for staffing assignments and consultants within the Transport sector in Stockholm. As a key person between our clients and consultants, you drive the business forward and ensure high quality in delivery.

You have great freedom to plan your own workday – the important thing is that we achieve results together.

Your responsibilities include:

👥 Personnel responsibility You are a present leader who ensures that your consultants thrive and develop. This involves regular contact, follow-up, and administration such as time reporting, employment contracts, employee conversations, and booking for assignments.

🤝 Client contact & business development Together with our salesperson, you build long-term collaborations with new and existing clients. You actively work with upselling and are attentive to the client's needs.

🧩 Recruitment You lead the entire recruitment process: from requirement profiles and advertising to interviews and presentation of candidates. Your ability to network and create long-term relationships is an important part of the role.

Your profile:

We are looking for someone who:

• Is motivated by achieving results

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys challenging themselves

• Has strong communication skills and is good at building relationships

• Is self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented

• Has good structure and organizational skills

• Has a B driver's license

• Is a regular computer user and learns new systems quickly

Meritorious:

• Experience from the transport industry

• Previous experience in the staffing industry, preferably within Transport & Logistics

• Knowledge of the business system Recman
