On behalf of our client, we are now looking for a service-oriented person who wants to develop in an exciting workplace.

As a receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world and play an important role in the daily customer interaction by handling various matters throughout the day. You are responsible for delivering first-class service to both external and internal customers. You are the company's face to the outside world and are expected to handle and prioritize matters with high professionalism.

In addition to handling incoming matters and receiving visitors, the following tasks are included:

• Staffing the customer company's switchboard
• Package delivery
• Management of parking permits for visitors
• Administration of error reports
• Distribution of various office supplies and equipment

Working hours vary every other week. One week you work opening hours from 07:20 to 16:20 and the other week from 08:00 to 17:00 with closing.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements for the position:

• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
• You have basic computer skills and feel comfortable learning new systems.
• You have a clean criminal record and agree to a check of this during the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in service roles and a good understanding of professional customer interaction. You are available relatively immediately for full-time work on weekdays. As a person, you are flexible, structured, and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously. The reception will at times be staffed solely by you as a consultant, which requires independence and a sense of responsibility.

The position is expected to start immediately. You will be employed by StudentConsulting and leased as a consultant to Coor. For the right person, there are good opportunities for a takeover at Coor and a long-term employment.
