Your Challenge

As a salesperson at Länsförsäkringar Göteborg and Bohuslän, you will play a central role where you proactively sell via written communication and/or phone, handling both incoming and outgoing calls to assist both new and existing customers with their insurance matters. You are responsible for the entire customer journey: from the first contact to following up on quotes and closing deals. Your mission is to provide tailored solutions for customers' various needs within property insurance and to work with upselling. We expect you to maintain high availability and deliver top-notch customer service. The role requires you to be structured and quality-conscious as we operate under several regulations and handle important documentation. You will closely collaborate with colleagues in banking, corporate, life and pension, security services, and real estate to create comprehensive solutions for our customers.

The work opportunities will vary, and as an employee in the pool, we want you to be flexible and work approximately 8 hours a week. Our office is located in Gothenburg, in Gårda Vesta, just a stone's throw from Svingeln.

Who are you?

We want to build a long-term relationship, so we require you to be a full-time student and available for part-time employment for at least 1.5 years. It is advantageous if you have knowledge from sales, advisory services, or from the banking or insurance industry.

We are looking for someone who is engaged, communicative, and passionate about sales! You always go the extra mile in customer interactions. Qualities such as responsible, relationship-building, goal-oriented, reliable, and persistent are highly valued. Since the position involves sales where you are measured by the number of calls/messages, it is crucial that you are motivated to work towards goals, have the ability to handle multiple parallel cases in stressful situations, and can act commercially.
