Customer Service Representative in E-commerce at RemButiken Sweden AB

Customer service representative in e-commerce at RemButiken Sweden AB in Tidaholm.
Your main responsibilities
- Assist customers in finding the right spare parts for e.g. lawn mowers and snow blowers.
- Handle and resolve inquiries regarding orders, payments, complaints, returns, etc.
- File claims with shipping companies.
- Print orders.
- Other administrative tasks.
- Picking & packing.
- Inbound and outbound deliveries.
Customer service is conducted only via email.
We are looking for someone who has
- Good computer skills
- Technical knowledge to understand diagrams/spare parts.
- Previous experience in repairs of e.g. lawn mowers, machinery, or vehicles, or customer service/spare parts sales.
Other requirements
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
Working hours & employment
- Daytime
- Selection is ongoing and the job may be filled before the application deadline.
- We apply a 3-month probationary period.
