We are looking for you who:

• primarily have technical competence in spare parts for engines and hydraulics for agricultural and construction machinery

• have previous experience in customer contact – you know how important it is to meet people with service and engagement 

• are used to working in digital systems.

• have a solution-oriented way of thinking and a genuine desire to deliver service

ABOUT THE TEAM AND THE POSITION   You will be part of a department with seven colleagues who are passionate about good collaboration, high competence, and always finding solutions.

We also place great importance on you enjoying having fun at work – we believe that job satisfaction is the foundation for both quality and engagement.

You will primarily work with

• handling and assessing returns and complaints

• keeping in contact with our customers – both via phone and our e-commerce site

• investigating products and communicating with suppliers
