About the job | Provide high service and support to our customers this summer

We are now looking for several summer employees for various departments at our office in Umeå.

As a claims adjuster in Health and Accident as well as Group Insurance, you will have the opportunity to support people who have been affected by an accident or illness.

Your role includes receiving claims from our customers, processing payments, requesting necessary documentation, and engaging in dialogue with customers regarding their cases. Since a large part of the workday consists of interacting with customers who call in, it is important that you enjoy a service-oriented role and have the ability to create positive customer experiences.

Training:

In mid-April, all new summer employees will participate in an introductory training session at the office for one morning. The first theoretical part will be conducted from home, and we will provide a loaned laptop for this.

On June 8, training will continue at the office with our supervisors. The total training time is approximately 3–4 weeks, and all training time is paid.

Working hours, period, and employment form:

• 15 hours of paid digital training time during May.
• Preliminary start date June 8. Last working day August 14.
• It is important that you can work the entire period, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• The employment form is a fixed-term employment with hourly pay.
• Other benefits such as wellness grants may become available after a certain period of employment.

About you | Tailored communication and professional handling

We are looking for someone who:

• Is studying at a university/college.
• Has experience in customer contact, either via phone or in person.
• Has good computer skills.
• Handles the Swedish language very well, both verbally and in writing.
• Can complete digital training from home.
• Can work at least one extra shift per week during the semesters after the summer job.

To thrive and perform well in the role, you need to appreciate a service-focused environment where the customer is always at the center. You have a good ability to create positive experiences and meet people in a professional and empathetic manner. You are motivated by working towards set goals and enjoy seeing clear results from your efforts. Additionally, you easily absorb new information and can quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and ways of working, allowing you to adapt and develop in line with the assignment.
