We are looking for an IT technician who wants to work broadly with operations, support, and maintenance in a stable and well-functioning IT environment based in Vänersborg. About the role

You will be part of an established IT team and work in a second line team alongside colleagues with similar technical breadth. The work is varied and operational, focusing on ensuring that the IT environment operates stably and securely in daily operations.

You will work with both hardware and software and play an important role in supporting the business through quick and qualitative IT support. Collaboration with users, colleagues, and external suppliers is a natural part of the role.

The position also involves travel between the company's various offices and facilities, which means you need to have a driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified IT support remotely and on-site
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within client environments, networks, and peripherals
• Be responsible for the operation and maintenance of workstations, servers, and networks
• Manage user administration and permissions in AD and Entra ID
• Participate in improvement work related to stability, structure, and security

Qualifications

• A few years of experience working as an IT technician or in a similar role
• Practical experience with networks in a business environment
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience with Windows environments, preferably Windows 11
• Basic understanding of IT security and access control
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
• Knowledge of Hyper-V
• Experience with Aruba Central or similar networking solutions
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365
