About Us

At the surgery and orthopedics clinic, we are about 25 employees consisting of medical secretaries, nurses, nursing assistants, and doctors. Job satisfaction and a good attitude are our focus! We are constantly working on improvements and trying to develop our care. We are now looking for two medical secretaries for our clinic. We offer a stimulating job in an engaged and competent team, a workplace where quality, collaboration, and patient focus are at the center, as well as good camaraderie where we care for each other.

Your Responsibilities

As a medical secretary with us, you have a central role in the clinic's daily work. You work closely with doctors, nurses, and nursing assistants to create a safe and efficient patient flow. The tasks include, among others:

• Journal documentation and medical dictation writing
• Diagnosis and procedure coding
• Booking and rescheduling of patients
• TeleQ
• Administration regarding referrals, certificates, and test results
• Other administrative tasks related to the clinic and inpatient care.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an educated medical secretary / healthcare administrator
• Has good knowledge of medical terminology and the Swedish language
• Preferably has experience with the journal system Cosmic
• Is structured, responsible, and service-oriented
• Has good collaboration skills and thrives in a fast-paced work environment, is flexible, and can quickly adapt to new tasks.

Permanent employment. Two positions. Start date April 1, 2026, or by agreement.
