Your Role

You will be part of a wonderful team of 15 people where you are expected to become one of the group with the main task of providing our tenants with the best service. You will report to the head of the customer center. In this role as a customer representative, you will primarily work with customer reception activities, which includes answering the company's common phone line and other digital channels, as well as other administratively related tasks.

Your Background

You have a high school education with a relevant focus. Experience in customer service or the real estate industry is an advantage. It is also beneficial if you have experience with rental laws. You have excellent written and spoken skills in Swedish and English. Additional language skills, such as Somali or Arabic, are also a plus.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is structured, has a good sense of order, and can take responsibility for your tasks even when circumstances change quickly. You enjoy being part of a team and contribute to good collaboration and a positive atmosphere. Working with service comes naturally to you. To succeed in this role, we believe you have the ability to remain calm and controlled, even under stress. Personal suitability will be given great importance.
