We are responsible for 31 preschools, 17 primary schools, adapted primary school, Nyköping High School, adapted upper secondary school, and adult education at Campus Nyköping. We are now looking for a placement officer for preschool and after school care. The workplace is located in central Nyköping.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a placement officer for preschool and after school care, you will provide support and service to principals and vice-principals regarding strategic placement. One of your main tasks will be to answer questions from guardians, which may concern placement, fees, invoices, or our guidelines. The work includes contact with other divisions and authorities. You will work closely with a colleague with the same assignment, as well as with principals and vice-principals in preschool and school.

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative support and service to principals and vice-principals.
• Processing and placement in Schoolsoft EA.
• Customer invoicing.
• Customer service via phone or email.
• Contact with others within the division or with other divisions or authorities.

QUALIFICATIONS

You have a high school education, with additional training in processing or authority operations. You have previous experience working with processing or other authority operations for at least 2 years. You have good digital competence with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various digital systems. Furthermore, you are communicative with a very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.

Experience in administrative work and/or work in some form of student administrative system is an advantage.
