As the regular staff is on parental leave, we are looking for a replacement starting in April full-time.

Videgården is a preschool with approximately 72 children distributed across four departments. Our preschool is an inspiring workplace where we put the child at the center. We have a language-developing approach with play as a method. Collegial learning is central for everyone at the preschool; we learn from and with each other to develop the operations. Our goal is to create a good operation with high quality so that all children can develop to have the best conditions for lifelong learning. Together we can make a difference every day.

Your new job
As a childcare worker, you work to ensure the children's care and promote their development and learning. Together with colleagues in the operations, you help create a safe and educational environment for the children. You will be involved in the educational planning and development work according to the curriculum. To promote the children's development, you will lead and participate in various activities, games, and adventures both indoors and outdoors.

Common tasks

• Promote children's development and participate in teaching.
• Lead and participate in various activities.
• Responsible for collaborating and communicating with guardians.
• Participate in the educational development work.
• Participate in documenting the educational work.

Your competence

Requirements

• Qualified childcare worker or has other education that the employer assesses as equivalent.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Meritorious

• You have good knowledge of the preschool's governing documents and can apply these in daily work.
• You have a great interest in pedagogical challenges and dare to challenge yourself and your colleagues to think about development.
• You have good computer skills.
• Previous professional experience is an advantage.
