JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The preschools in the Duved area are now seeking qualified childcare workers or childcare assistants with work experience.

Our vision for preschool is to create the Preschool of Opportunities in the present - a democratic meeting place and arena for children, where all adults stand up for children's rights.

The preschools in Duved have taken a stand for a project-based working method where adults are responsible for the quality of preschool education based on children's interests. We listen to what the children express and build together with them meaningful content based on the curriculum's values and assignments as well as goals and guidelines. We want preschool to be a place that both children and adults long for.

Your job responsibilities consist of both working with children and for children. In the work with children, this includes working in a group with teaching and care. In the work for children, this includes systematic quality work with documentation and reflection, both individually and together with colleagues, as well as communication with guardians.

You will be part of a team together with preschool teachers and additional childcare workers/assistants. The preschool teacher is responsible for ensuring the quality of preschool education and teaching that you jointly carry out in the team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a childcare worker education or other education that benefits work in a preschool group.
• You participate in the work to develop preschool quality based on our curriculum and other governing documents.
• As a person, we see that you are relationship-building, curious, and responsible, and want to work together with both children and adults.
• You can work both individually and together with colleagues.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in preschool. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work in both teaching with children and in contact with guardians.

We want you to have basic digital skills to carry out digital notes in our programs Unikum and Microsoft Office, as well as the ability to document in images and text for our systematic quality work.
