We are currently looking for someone interested in an assignment with an 18-year-old girl living in Östersund (ref. 28-26 which you should include in your application so we know which assignment you are applying for).

As a personal assistant, you will help with tasks that the girl cannot do due to her unique disabilities. During the night, this primarily involves monitoring and possibly acting if she has an epileptic seizure. Working hours will be from 10 PM to 7 AM and will be determined on a case-by-case basis with you.

You will of course receive more information during an interview!

Please note that you MUST be fully proficient in the Swedish language, both spoken and written!

Experience with disabilities, epilepsy, and assistive devices is an asset but absolutely not a requirement, as one can learn such things quite quickly!

For all assignments with us, the following applies;

• Thorough introduction and training before starting

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AGENCY has been around since 1996 and is thus Jämtland's oldest assistance company! Our office is located at Folkets Hus/OSD, Krondikesvägen 93 D (the back side towards the racetrack) in Östersund. We have permission from IVO (the National Board of Health and Welfare) to conduct assistance activities and home care, and of course, we have a collective agreement (Fremia/Kommunal) for all our staff!
