We are looking for confident and responsible female personal assistants for a happy teenage girl!

The position covers approximately 65% and primarily involves work Tuesdays and Thursdays from 07:00 to 20:30, with the possibility of extra shifts as needed.

Working hours may change as the schedule will eventually be revised. This also means there will be an opportunity to influence your working hours.

The client loves to swim, listen to music, play, and have fun. As an assistant, you will help the client with everything from hygiene, tube feeding, medication, exercise, communication, and transfers. Previous experience in these areas is a plus. An introduction will be provided to help you learn the routines and what you need to know for the job with the client.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the client with daily care and routines
• Accompany her to school and leisure activities
• Help her communicate with the outside world

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a girl/woman and has a good command of the Swedish language
• Sees this as a long-term job
• Is open to learning to use sign language to communicate with the client
• Is non-smoking and does not have pet allergies
• Is outgoing and takes initiative easily

We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Vacation, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to the agreement. We also offer a wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, snacks at work, and other benefits.
