The Social Administration consists of 600 employees, and the breadth of the assignment is extensive. The administration is divided into five operational areas and is present throughout the municipality. Here, we are responsible for providing care and support, assistance and service, as well as health and medical care to the municipality's citizens who need it at all stages of life.

A Day as a Personal Assistant in Krokom

The work and professional role of a personal assistant in this assignment is dynamic. You will be an essential part of an individual's entire life areas, requiring both security and finesse. This assignment includes personal care work, household chores, support in planning and organizing daily life, and important assistance in all aspects of communication around the clock.

It is beneficial if you have the ability to be inventive, motivating, and reasoning.

You have the ability to step forward and also step back depending on the need for support at that moment. We work with our hearts for those who need us and show engagement and curiosity in both big and small matters.

The assignment involves many points of contact and situations where you are an important part of the context. It is crucial that you can maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.

Your Competence

You are a positive person with great patience who has a professional demeanor and approach.

We also see that you are attentive, listening, with a strong focus on the individual's needs and place them at the center every day.

You are flexible with good collaboration skills and thrive in a varied work environment where routines need to be maintained.

Driver's license B

Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage, but the most important factors are personality and the collaboration between you and the individual needing support.

Familiarity with working with computers and digital environments for ongoing record-keeping, time reporting, schedule administration, etc. The systems we work with include Heroma, Viva, Timecare, Outlook.
