We are looking for an employee for personal assistance in the Hede area.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support in daily life so that the individual can live an active life based on their circumstances.
• Work in the home with varying tasks such as personal care, some household chores together with the individual, leisure activities, etc.
• Work from a motivating approach.
• Follow the user wherever they are.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Education as a nursing assistant or personal assistant, or equivalent education/experience deemed suitable by the employer and the individual.

Desirable:

• Experience in personal assistance.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Personal Qualities

• You are responsible, can work from a motivating approach, are flexible, and have the ability to take initiative.

We are looking for someone who enjoys reading, likes cooking, and loves being outdoors, as the individual has these interests.
