As a family therapist in Bräcke municipality, you work closely with children, youth, and their families in need of support and change. The content of the treatment work is individually adapted based on the needs of the child and family and is shaped together with the family based on the assignment. As a family therapist, you will be an important part of a context where you are not alone but work together with competent and engaged colleagues. The organization is in an exciting development phase where we focus on strengthening and adapting our work in line with the new social services act. This means that you will be involved in developing the unit's work with, among other things, more accessible support.
