Assistant needed for a playful girl

As an assistant to this playful girl, your task will be to provide support in all aspects of her daily life. You will primarily work in the home as assistance is provided where the customer is. You need to possess qualities such as empathy, confidence, self-drive, and the ability to be a team player. You will always work with another assistant. If you feel addressed, you might be the one we are looking for for this position at 50–75%.

Many of our assistants have worked here for many years, which we see as a good testament to this workplace.

The daily work consists of being present, supporting, and empowering our customer with daily necessities such as hygiene and meals, but also inspiring and activating play and movement. This active and playful girl needs significant support in all areas of her daily life. You will primarily work in the home – assistance is provided where the customer is.

Role and experience of the assistant

As a person, you need to be caring, meticulous, responsible, attentive, proactive, and positive. Personal suitability weighs the most. Available for work year-round.

You will receive individualized introduction/training in all aspects of the customer's assistance needs and routines – it is important that both you as an assistant and our customer feel secure.

Desirable experiences

• Swedish spoken and written.
• Experience in personal assistance.

Working hours/employment degree

We need you to work 20–30 hours per week and every other weekend.

Weekdays 13:00-21:00 and full days every other weekend between 09:00-21:00.

About salary

We apply salary according to Fremia. Collective agreement.
