Who am I? A happy and lively boy turning 8 years old in November, and I am now looking for some new assistants. I have autism and an intellectual disability. I am not very verbal; we are working on my language, and in the meantime, I use TAKK as support in my communication.

My big interests are cars and balls. I like speed and fun. I live in Pilgrimstad with my mom, dad, and older sister.

We are a family that enjoys doing things both planned and spontaneously. We ski (alpine/slalom) in the winter, so you must be able to do that. We like to go on adventures like a day in Sundsvall or Åre at Jumpyard, which I enjoy.

Work occurs during the day/evening/weekends and awake nights. At night, I use CPAP breathing assistance.

You, as my new assistant, should have a childlike spirit, be patient, and be attentive.

Sometimes I need to go to the hospital, both in Östersund and further away. Sometimes it's urgent, and sometimes it's planned. Visits can be both short and long, so I need my assistants with me; you must be able to travel for both longer and shorter periods.

Requirements: A driver's license since public transport is poor on weekends to our home, and sometimes a colleague gets sick, so you must be able to come on short notice.

Merit: Autism training, previous work with children with autism/intellectual disabilities, CPAP usage, TAKK.

Our offices are in Hudiksvall, Karlstad, Västerås, Östersund, and Umeå. The goal of our operations is for our customers to be able to live as independently as possible. We have collective agreements: Kommunal and Fremia for personal assistants.

Vacation, OB compensation, and other salary supplements are provided according to agreements. We also offer wellness benefits of 2,000 SEK for full-time positions per year, snacks at work, and other benefits.
