We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant (ref 21-26 which you should indicate in your application so we know which assignment you are applying for) who is interested in a summer position with a nice man in his 60s living in Lit, 20 km north of Östersund. It is easy to reach beautiful Lit by public transport, and the schedule can also be adjusted to fit bus times. 😊

As a personal assistant, you will help with tasks that the man cannot do himself, including some assistance with transfers, dressing and undressing, and similar tasks. He speaks, so interpreting is not required. The man lives alone in a spacious, adapted apartment. He enjoys sports in all forms, horse racing, fishing, bowling, dining out, socializing with family and friends, and much more, of course. With your help, life is full of possibilities again!

Working hours 🕰️ 📆 are 7 shifts/month (day, evening, sleeping on-call).

You will of course receive more information during a possible interview!

Please note that you MUST be fully proficient in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form!

Experience with disabilities, strokes, and assistive devices is a merit but absolutely not a requirement, as one learns such things quite quickly! Personal chemistry is the most important 😃

PERSONAL ASSISTANCE AGENCY has been around since 1996 and is thus Jämtland's oldest assistance company! Our office is located at Folkets Hus/OSD, Krondikesvägen 93 D (the back side towards the horse racing) in Östersund. We have permission from IVO (the National Board of Health and Welfare) to conduct assistance activities and home care, and of course, we have a collective agreement (Fremia/Kommunal) for all our staff!
