JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a childcare worker with us, you will work in a team with engaged colleagues to create a safe, developing, and educational environment for the children.

• You contribute to stimulating and challenging the children's learning and development during their early and significant years
• Using the preschool curriculum as a starting point, you work pedagogically to give children the opportunity to experience, explore, create, and reflect on new experiences
• Together with colleagues, you are responsible for the children's care, safety, and daily activities
• You maintain ongoing contact and collaborate with guardians
• Tasks in the preschool kitchen are included

As a substitute, you enter your availability in TimeCare Pool on the days you can work. Based on your availability, you will receive requests for shifts at the preschools where you have been introduced.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained childcare worker or has another completed high school education, as well as a genuine interest in or experience working with children.

In working with the children, you have:

• a good empathetic ability and are attentive to the children's needs
• meet each child where they are
• create security through a respectful and engaged approach
• the ability to listen, encourage, stimulate, and challenge the children in their development

• being confident in your communication and enjoying collaborating in a team
• taking responsibility for your assignment, reflecting on your work
• bringing creativity and openness to new working methods and opportunities
