The individual and family care consists of five different units: Children and Family, Adults, Social Care and LSS, Open Care, and the Family Center. The workplace is located in central Bräcke, just a few minutes' walk from train and bus connections. We have a flexible workplace and the opportunity to work from home if the work allows and in agreement with the manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Do you want to work in a unit characterized by satisfaction, a good balance between work and leisure, broad competence, and where we care for each other? We are responsible for investigating children's needs for protection and support according to SoL and LVU, granting interventions according to delegation, and following up on granted interventions. The group consists of 6 social workers and one senior social worker who is also the group leader.

As a social worker within Children and Family, you guide citizens with a focus on early support. You should have the ability to balance authority with relationship-building, where you reach further by engaging people in their own change process. You believe in people's willingness and capacity to take the step towards a better situation themselves. You see the whole picture and have the mindset to create conditions for positive change.

QUALIFICATIONS

To work with us, you need to have a degree in social work and a B driver's license. We prefer that you have experience in authority practice according to SoL and LVU.

We are looking for someone who is interested in actively developing the methods and practices of the organization together with the manager and colleagues, among other things based on the new social services act. As a person, you can easily adapt your working method according to the type of case. Furthermore, you have good collaboration skills and are keen to create good relationships, as well as being humble and understanding of other people's life situations. You have a good ability to work independently in your case management and have a sense of responsibility for the authority practice you perform.
