JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a team leader who wants to help drive the ongoing work forward. The authority unit of individual and family care consists of two groups, one focused on children and families and one focused on adults/economic assistance. The team leader we are looking for will work within the child and family team, which works with children and their families aged 0-18 years.

As a team leader within the authority unit of individual and family care, you have the privilege of leading a competent team. The role offers many opportunities and a chance to grow and develop. As a team leader, you work closely with the unit manager and are the coordinating link and leader in the everyday client work.

The workgroup handles both child protection investigations and follow-ups on decisions made in family law matters, SoL, and LVU. There is collaboration with other actors such as schools, child psychiatry, police, among others, which is an important and significant part of the work.

You are responsible for case distribution, case guidance individually and in groups, and will have a guiding role in the processing process. As a team leader, you prefer cases in the social committee and continuously work with documentation and method development.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a degree in Social Work.
  • Experience in case management and documentation according to SoL, preferably in the area of children and families.
  • Previous leadership experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • You have a good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, as well as computer skills.

As a person, you are fearless, willing to make decisions, and can delegate and drive the work forward strategically. You are also good at building teams and confident in yourself and your professional role. We expect you to be able to work independently, be flexible, have good social skills, and be a responsible and engaged person. Maintaining a professional approach is naturally important in our work. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
