We have several groups where we need substitute workers, as well as reinforcement for the summer.

During interviews, we can assess which group you would fit into.

To work as an assistant, you must genuinely enjoy working with people, and you need to be responsible and flexible.

The job involves taking care of the personal hygiene and care of the person receiving assistance, accompanying them to activities, managing their household, physiotherapy, and being social with the individual.

We value experience, but personal chemistry is the most important.

Since our clients cannot communicate, you must have good Swedish so they can understand you, and thus be attentive to their signals and body language.
